   - We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

 

3. Return Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or the return is        a result of our error.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

 

4. Refund Process:

   - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your          refund.

   - If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within a few            business days.

 

5. Exchanges:

   - If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return following        the above guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Final Sale Items:

   - Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or
